Set race day schedule for Porsche Cup

To help end some of the confusion from last race I'm going to have a set schedule for the race day. With so many people involved we need to implement something that would help everyone grid up at the same time.

9 a.m. Registration and Track prep.
9:30 - 9:45 a.m. qualifying/practice.
10:00 a.m. Race #1
11:00 a.m. Race #2

All cars must be on the grid 2 minutes prior to the start of Race #1 (9:58) and Race #2 (10:58). If a car is not on the grid they may start the race at anytime from the pit lane once the field has passed the start finish line the first time around.

My cell phone and computer clock will be synchronized and those will be the timing devices. Perhaps I will bring a clock but the computer will run on it's own and should be the standard. Either way these clocks will be the defacto timing clock and it is solely the responsibility of each team/racer to have the correct time.

I'm hoping this will clear up any confusion as to when and what race is taking place. Especially if it's hard to hear the computer.
